I have WatchFTP Version 3.7.4.5 64 Bit. I can see the SFTP option and followed the information in your link without success. Although there may be other reasons why my connection is not successful, I wanted to check with you on this first. kind regards

When you press the button "browse / test connection" it should popup several messages while connecting. Do you see errors and if so, please post the text of the error here.

Have you made sure the username is 100% correct (also for CaSe).... Are you using the correct certificate? Do you perhaps also need to set a password during login....
You should ask the admin of the SFTP server to be sure.
