Purchase Order for WatchFTP Site Licenses

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read and sign this page and include it with your Purchase Order (see Notes).
Make sure this page AND every page of your Purchase Order is signed.

The buyer agrees to, and understands, all of the following:

Terms: NET 30 DAYS

* Payment
  All payments must be made to GdP Software's bank account in The Netherlands.
  GdP Software does not accept checks or credit card payments for Purchase Orders.
  Late payment caused by your bank are your responsibility.
  (Hint: pay early)

* Late Payment
  Terms are "net 30". Late payments on purchase orders are subject to a
  $100 US dollar late fee.
  (Hint: pay early, we are NOT your bank, terms are NET 30)

* No Payment
  If payment is not received within 45 days of your order (15 days late),
  your license to use GdP Software's product will be canceled.
  The fee to reinstate a software license, once canceled, is $250.
  After 60 days (30 days late), this fee is $500.
  All canceled licenses are reported to the BSA as THEFT (http:/www.bsa.org/).

* The buyer understands this is an "electronic purchase".
  No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is 100% by email.

* The terms and conditions under which GdP Software accepts Purchase Orders
  are subject to change without notice.

I agree with, and understand, all the above. Furthermore, I declare I am
an official representative of my company, allowed to sign this agreement.

NOTES

We must receive an actual signed copy of your Purchase Order before we can
dispatch your license via email. You can send us your Purchase Order by
mail *only*. Please make sure to read all instructions carefully to prevent
delays.
Your Purchase Order must include a signed copy of the above page,
otherwise we will not be able to process it.

After we receive your Purchase Order, we will send you your bill by email.
Please accept the bill by replying to the email. 

**YOUR ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU REPLY TO THIS EMAIL**

Once accepted, we will send you the bill by mail. We will also email you your
License Code to "unlock" the software.


Your Purchase Order must include all the following information:

Your Alternative Email Address (optional but recommended)
Your Telephone Number
The Address where we can send the bill


If you are a reseller, or buying this for someone else,
you *must* include the following information:

Note that we will NOT contact your customer. We need this information in order
to create a proper License Key. If you do not provide this information we CANNOT
subsequently change the License Key (Your customer will NOT be happy).


European Union Customers Only
-----------------------------
We must charge you 19% BTW (Dutch VAT). If you are NOT
located in The Netherlands please include your VAT-ID (VAT Registration Number).
When a valid VAT-ID is provided, we will not charge VAT.

For Dutch customers, we include our BTW-Number on your bill enabling you to
claim back the BTW.


Do we have to fill out forms for you?

We charge the following ADMINISTRATION FEE for completing your forms:

* Per page we have to "read":  $100 USD
* Per page we have to "write": $200 USD

Minimum charge: $500 payable in advance.
