Title: Starting tasks after rebooting Post by vsx32 on Jan 31st, 2013, 12:02pm After rebooting, I have to start the FTP Watch program and select which tasks to start. I would love to have my computer automatically start the ftp watch program after rebooting and automatically start my tasks as sometimes I forget or my computer reboots in the middle of the night and my ftp watch program is not running and it should be. I know how to set my computer to start a program on start up, but it seems I have tried this with the ftp watch program and it does not work. Is this possible? |
Title: Re: Starting tasks after rebooting Post by Dirk on Jan 31st, 2013, 12:15pm You can configure the Task to start as Windows Service, so it starts up when your Computer boots. Or by script in autostart folder, see here: http://blog-en.gdpsoftware.com/2008/09/automatically-start-watchdirectory.html The blog is written for WatchDirectory, you need just to replace "WatchDirectory" with "WatchFTP" and wdrun.exe with wfrun.exe |
