Folders no longer being created locally since v4 update
Jul 13th, 2017, 11:04am

We have a task that syncronises with an SFTP server, including all subfolders. A new folder is created on the FTP server every day and files placed in it. The task under v3.x created these folders as and when they appeared on the server but it is no longer doing so since v4.

The local folder structure is on a network share as it has always been. When the folder is manually created all the files in that folder are syncronised.

I have checked that no permissions have changed and the the original service is still in place with runnign under the correct domain account.

Is there a new setting I am missing?

I am not sure, I don't think anything in that area has changed.
Can you stop the task, right-click and select backup from the popup menu. Please email me the backup to look at. You may want to change the user/pass on the FTP settings before you create the backup.

Thanks Gert.

I wonder if the new dynamic naming has something to do with it? We have lots of jobs setup in WatchFTP and they all work fine but I think this is the only job that looks at subfolders as well.
